With a total of nine meeting rooms, the Louwman Museum offers a complete range of facilities for your award show, award presentation, prize-giving ceremony and dinner, product or company best of year presentation, award dinner, award evening, award party, a film or music award presentation, a show with prizewinners and prize-giving, award reception or award drinks party. Whether it be an award presentation for up to 335 people in the Theatre or an award ceremony for up to 1000 guests in the Great Hall. Anything is possible.
Catering
Together with our in-house caterer, we provide the culinary interpretation of your event.
Furniture
Many rooms are equipped with furniture, such as chairs and tables. We can also provide custom furniture.
Museum
For each event, a visit to the museum is included.
Audiovisual
Many rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment, such as sound system and lighting.

The Louwman Museum is the place where more than 130 years of progress, innovation and design are visibly represented. In addition to a unique collection of 275 automobiles, the museum offers special car related art, miniatures, posters, trophies and even airplanes.

entrance to the museum, cloakroom, duty manager, post-event cleaning services and WiFi.

Parking and accessibility
The parking basement and outdoor area has space for 250 vehicles. Nearby is room for an additional 750 cars. The museum is also easily accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop right outside the door.
A sustainable location
The Michael Graves-designed building was commissioned in 2010 with the goal of being as energy neutral as possible. In addition to over 1,000 solar panels and the use of LED lighting, ground energy is used for cooling and heating. The garden landscape provides a beautiful connection to the Hague Forest.
